Responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure environment within the data center and remote sites. Participates in development, enhancements and maintenance of systems and operating procedures. Works closely with the Greif IT global infrastructure team and local IT staff.
Provides first and second level support to end-users. Quickly troubleshoots, documents and resolves issues within scope of knowledge. Identifies problem trends and follows escalation procedures. Performs Help Desk and/or PC life cycle management activities. Participates in special projects as requested.
